Booking Cancellation Refunds

Service Issue Refunds
If service falls below quoted standards (e.g., crew arrives late, packing inadequate), partial refund possible upon investigation. Cases handled within 48 hours.
Disputed Charges
If you disagree with any charge, contact billing@grewaltransportservice.com within 30 days. Amounts in dispute are held until resolved.
