• Move details (date, home size, special items)
• GSTIN for tax invoice purposes
• Bank details only if processing reimbursement claim (encrypted)
• Photo / video inventory for insurance documentation

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process your move (operational use only)
• Send GST invoice + reimbursement documentation
• Customer service + dispute resolution
• Send service updates + estimated arrival times via WhatsApp/SMS
• Marketing communications ONLY with explicit consent

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell or rent your data. We share only with:

• Our own crew (need-to-know basis)
• Insurance partner (New India Assurance) for claim processing
• Government authorities when legally required (GST compliance, tax filings)
• Payment processors (encrypted) for invoice settlement

4. Data Retention

Move-related data: 7 years (Indian tax law requirement). Marketing-only data: 3 years from last interaction OR until you withdraw consent.
